"Pantazis' Color Magic Box" Puzzle

After making the transparent version of the magic box, here is the color one!

I hope you like it! :-)

It is a Magic Myth, so it must have some history behind it. So here it is! :-P

After the enigma of the Sphynx was solved, the Gods were furious as their best puzzle was revealed to mortals. Thousands years later, and after thinking carefully of how to punish the ever curious humans, they sent to them a small magic puzzle, which was made of seven tiles that symbolised that the magic box was more powerful than all the seven wonders of the ancient world put together.

This magic puzzle could reach the form of an opened box, and on the bottom of the box, there would be three tiles, one on top of the other. Each tile has a symbol of a season on each corner:

Leaf = Autumn,
Snowflake = Winter,
Flower = Spring, and
Sun = Summer.

There are two unique solutions, where all the season-symbols match and can be seen clearly through all three bottom tiles, such that the Autumn season is on the top left.

One solution has all four seasons in the accepted anticlockwise order (Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer) and anyone who reaches it, will become very powerful.

Beware though, for if you reach the other solution, destruction will come upon the entire world. By matching the season-symbols in the wrong order, all seasons of this world will also change dramatically, causing irreversible changes to the climate and eventually total chaos.

It is said, that a similar (but less powerful) box was responsible for destroying the lost continent of Atlantis.

Do you dare to try this puzzle? Would you take the risk of becoming powerful by knowing that if you fail, you would be the one responsible for the world's end?

Below is shown how to reach the final steps of the second solution of the puzzle:
(note that, to avoid the world destruction, modifed images were used...! :-P )

Below is a WRONG solution (it neither makes you powerful, nor destroys the world).
(it can be seen that the images don't match at all thoughout the three bottom tiles)

Many thanks to Abdul Ghafoor (my collegue at the university),
for suggesting me to use three layers instead of two! :-)

FInally, here are some extra tools used to build the above puzzle.

To build this puzzle you will need some strings, plastic tiles, and some nice paper tiles.
For information of how to connect/number the tiles and the strings, visit two brilliant articles here and here,

Please let me know of any comments or suggestions. Thanks! :-)
