3. ΔΙΑΓΩΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΕΠΙΓΡΑΦΗΣ (κίτρινος αγώνας):

ΜΙΑΣ ΔΙΑΣΤΑΣΗΣ

Εδώ θα βραβευθεί το καλύτερο προφορικό πρόβλημα

- που εκφράζεται με Ελληνικές λέξεις ή/και με αριθμούς.
- που λύνεται με χαρτί και μολύβι.
- που αποτελεί αίνιγμα με μορφή παροιμίας ή ποίησης.

Δεν είναι απαραίτητη η γνώση μαθηματικών ή φιλοσοφίας. Τα ονόματα των καλύτερων θα δημοσιευθούν στη Βίβλο των Μεγίστειων νικητών (στην εδώ ιστοσελίδα).

Οι διαγωνιζόμενοι δε χρειάζεται να είναι παρόντες, αλλά θα δοθεί μεγαλύτερη σημασία σε επιγραφές διαγωνιζόμενων που θα βρίσκονται στο Καστελλόριζο. Επιτρέπονται εως τρεις επιγραφές από τον ίδιο διαγωνιζόμενο.

Παραδείγματα:

Αινίγματα όπως: «τον έναν άνθρωπο τον κάνει δύο. Τι είναι;»
(η απάντηση είναι ο καθρέφτης).
Παράδοξα όπως: «είμαι ψεύτης» (αν ο ψεύτης λέει ψέματα, τότε πως μπορεί να είναι ψεύτης;).
Προβλήματα Λογικής όπως: «μπορούμε να κόψουμε μια στρογγυλή τούρτα σε οχτώ ίσα κομμάτια με τρεις τομές;».
Αναγραμματισμοί όπως: ΚΑΣΤΕΛΛΟΡΙΖΟ = ΖΕΣΤΟ ΚΟΡΑΛΛΙ (απλά αλλάζουμε τη θέση των γραμμάτων).
Καρκινικές Γραφές όπως: «νίψον ανομήματα μη μόναν όψιν» (δηλ. λέξεις ή προτάσεις που διαβάζονται το ίδιο και ανάποδα).
Γλωσσοδέτες όπως: «Μια πάπια, μα ποια πάπια; Μια πάπια με παπιά».

Οι επιγραφές πρέπει να σταλούν ηλεκτρονικά (με θέμα «Διαγωνισμός Επιγραφής») στο email MAA@megisti.net πέντε μέρες πριν το διαγωνισμό.

3. INSCRIPTION COMPETITION (yellow agon):

ONE DIMENSIONAL

Here, a prize will be given to the best oral problem such that:

- it is expressed in words (Greek or English) and/or numbers
- which can be solved by paper and pencil.
- an intelligent aenigma in the form of proverb or poetry.

It is not necessary to know mathematics, philosophy, philology, or any other science. Also, the names of the best competitors will be published in the Megistian Winners' Book (on the site here).

Competitors in this competition do not have to be present, but more attention will be given to inscriptions made by competitors who are on Kastellorizo island during the competition. The maximum number of inscriptions sent by one competitor is three.

Examples:

Aenigmas such as: "It turns one person into two. What is it?" (the answer is the mirror).
Paradoxes such as: "I am a liar" (if the liar is actually telling a lie, how can he be a liar?)
Logical Problems such as: "how can we cut a round pie into eight equal pieces by only using three straight line dissections?"
Anagrams such as: "Madam Curie" = "Radium came" (i.e. obtaining new words or phrases by changing the position of letters).
Palindromes such as: "was it a car or a cat I saw?" (i.e. words or phrases which can be read the same backward and forward).
Tongue Twisters, such as: "She sells sea-shells on the sea-shore.The shells she sells are sea-shells, I'm sure".

The inscriptions must be sent electronically (with topic "Inscription Competition") to the email MAA@megisti.net five days before the competition.
